"Nice selection, but a few sizes were gone"
I found some really nice stuff while I was there. The selection was good overall, but yeah, a few of the sizes I needed were already sold out...

"Super easy to browse"
I had a really easy time using karinesultan.com. I was kind of in a rush and didn’t have the patience to click through a million pages, so I appreciated that everything loaded fast and the jewelry was easy to find. The filters were simple, checkout made sense, and there weren’t annoying pop-ups getting in the way. Clean, smooth site overall. 5 stars from me.

"Pretty disappointed with the craftsmanship"
I was in a decent mood when I opened it, but that changed fast. The whole thing just felt cheap, like it had been rushed through without much care. I really wanted to like it, but the craftsmanship left me feeling let down

"Looks great and feels solid"
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The jewelry feels sturdy and looks really nice on. One clasp was a little stiff at first, but I got it working after a minute, so that felt like a small win. Overall, happy with it

"Pricing could be clearer"
I saw a few pieces on karinesultan.com that I liked, but the pricing wasn’t super clear to me while I was browsing.

When I got to checkout, the total was more than I expected. There were some extra costs I hadn’t really noticed before.

The jewelry looks nice, I just don’t love finding out the real total at the end. It would be better if that was clearer earlier

"Tracking was okay, but I expected a little better"
I got the tracking email quickly, and most of the updates were easy enough to follow. There was one day where it looked like my package just stopped moving with no explanation, which was frustrating. It did update again later and arrived around the time they originally said, so that part was fine. Still, I feel like faster updates or at least an apology for the lack of info would’ve made the experience better.

"Packaging felt rushed and cheap"
The box showed up crushed and just looked messy overall. the whole presentation felt cheap, like they cut corners on the packaging and figured customers wouldn’t care once it arrived. Not the best first impression.

"Cute at first, but didn’t last"
It looked really cute when I first got it, so maybe I was expecting too much, but the finish wore down faster than I thought it would. After just a few wears, the plating started looking kind of dull and patchy. I knew it wasn’t fine jewelry, so maybe that’s on me, but for the price I still figured it would hold up a little longer.

"Looked nice at first, but didn’t last"
I really liked how the bracelet looked when I first got it, and for the first week it seemed great. But quickly the plating started wearing off, and the clasp got loose too. Maybe it’s okay if you only wear it once in a while, but in my opinion it’s not worth it for everyday use.

My order did get here, so that was fine, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated too, which was kinda annoying. not the worst experience or anything, just slower than I expected...

"refund came through, just took a little while"
i had to return something and the refund took about a week to show up. support got back to me the next day, so it wasn’t the fastest, but they did sort it out. overall it was fine, probably a 4-star experience for me.

"Photos made it look better"
I ordered this because the product photos looked really nice, but once it showed up, it just didn’t look the same. The color was more muted — or actually, just duller than I expected, and the finish felt cheaper than it looked online.

It’s not awful or anything, but I did feel a little misled by the pictures. If I had seen more realistic photos first, I probably wouldn’t have paid the same price for it.

I ended up waiting way longer than expected for the delivery, and the timing just felt all over the place. I didn’t really know when it was actually going to show up, and that part was weird

"Returning It Was Such a Hassle"
I thought the exchange would be simple, but it dragged on way longer than expected. I sent everything back, kept checking my email like a weirdo while drinking my morning coffee, and still haven’t seen the refund come through. The whole thing has just been frustrating and way more of a headache than it needed to be.
